Veteran’s Club founder and CEO Jeremy Harrell has been found guilty after he collected thousands of dollars in unemployment benefits while working full-time.
The case was sent to a Kentucky Eastern District Court grand jury. They found him guilty of collecting more than $100,000 in individual unemployability benefits.
Harrell claims that he suffered from severe PTSD and that his volunteer work with the nonprofit was“not a regular thing.”
Harrell faces up to 10 years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000.
His sentencing is scheduled for December.
