The Lexington Police Department reported that 36-year-old Robert Constant has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to the shooting death of C’aveyoun Robinson that occurred on Liberty Road in Lexington on July 19.
Constant has also been charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, according to Lexington police.

One person is dead after an overnight shooting that happened on Friday on Liberty Road in Lexington.
Lexington Police say they responded to a shots fired call around 4:56 a.m. near the 1800 block of Liberty Road.
When arriving on the scene, police say they found a man dead from a gunshot wound inside of a vehicle.
According to police, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
