The University of Kentucky is investigating what it calls an antisemitic petition created by a University of Kentucky employee.
In a letter to the campus community, UK President Eli Capilouto says that the employee—whom the university has not identified—has been removed from any teaching and classroom responsibilities pending an investigation.
Capilouto says the petition called for a “destruction of a people based on national origin”.
He goes on to say that the views expressed by this employee, if accurately attributed, are “repugnant.”
UK officials refuse to comment any further.
